Healthy Eating and Mental Health-
Our diets can impact our mood and overall being. Taking into consideration what we put into our bodies can make a difference in our mental health. We should not separate mental health from all other controllable aspects to our health in general, such as healthy eating. Eating healthy not only strengthens our mental health but it provides our bodies with the nutrients it needs to build good bacteria. Whole foods can be added to our diets by just thinking fresh foods. Fresh fruits and vegetables are necessary additions to our diets. Additives can cause hyperactivity and depression to worsen. Fiber is also important, being mindful to consume whole grains and beans can promote the absorption of glucose.

Green Smoothie
